Project managed by E-Con Group this project was completed in 2007. Comprising of three basement level carparks underground and six levels of apartments, this development comprised of high quality finishes with a touch of class. From beautiful bluestone colour face brick to polyurethane kitches and mosaic tiles, this project was ahead of its time when completed.
Our first project started with e-con group in 2005, and we enjoyed the process as did the client. the diligence, dedication and attention to detail on the project ensured a detailed finish giving our clients a quality completion with very few reasons to return to the site. we continued with them as our preferred builder on a further 10 projects, all to our delighted satisfaction.
They have all the necessary building, management skills and systems in place to ensure the projects run to programme and the architects’ intentions and client’s expectations are met with the highest quality.
The E-con team, comprised of Peter and John, have demonstrated great professionalism throughout the duration of the project in the areas of planning, organising and coordinating various trades, ensuring the works are completed to high quality standards and in a timely manner.
