Project managed by John Sarkis and Peter Zembis, this project was a renovation of the existing North Sydney Gentleman’s Club and the construction of 48 residential units. This was a challenging project, it involved the stripping of the existing club to bare structure and then strengthening the structure to take the additional loads of the upper levels. This project was also completed to the highest level of finishes and quality and was delivered on time without defects.
Our first project started with E-Con Group in 2005, and we enjoyed the process, as did the client. The diligence, dedication and attention to detail on the project ensured a detailed finish giving our clients a quality completion with very few reasons to return to the site. We have continued working with E-Con as our preferred builder over the past 15 years, all to our delighted satisfaction.
