E-Con Group Pty Ltd was formed in 2002 by the two directors, John Sarkis and Peter Zembis, who previously worked for Grocon and were Project & Site Managers for Barclay Mowlem Construction Limited, both tier one construction companies at the time.

E-Con Group directors have greatly benefited from their employment with Sydney’s top tier construction companies. All construction systems and processes used at E-Con Group are in line with those utilized by these top tier construction companies, i.e. WH&S systems, Quality systems (ITP’s and QA checklists), methods of reporting, site correspondence & filing systems, procurement processes, construction programming, defect management systems, design and site management systems.

The company has a wealth of experience in engineering, design management, construction programming and project management. E-Con Group enjoys the reputation in the building industry of producing projects of the highest quality, utmost safety, ahead of time and below budget.
