Bexley

E-Con Group completed a full-scale renovation of a private residence in Bexley, adding a second storey and a high-quality, self-contained granny flat. The project transformed the existing home into a three-level family house with five bedrooms and a redesigned open-plan living and dining area, anchored by a Caesarstone kitchen. Bi-fold doors connect the interior to a covered alfresco area with a built-in BBQ, creating seamless indoor–outdoor flow.

The granny flat features its own entrance, a main bedroom with walk-in robe, provisions for a second bedroom, and an open-plan living area with a full Caesarstone kitchen. It provides flexible space for multi-generational living or rental use.

The project did not come without challenges, particularly with weather during the roof removal for the second-storey addition. By working closely with the client and maintaining clear communication throughout, we navigated every issue and kept the project moving forward.
