E-Con Group is proud to deliver the interior fitout for Wellshare Caringbah, a premier wellness and medical coworking space located on the first floor of the Hinkler Building, in the heart of Caringbah’s healthcare precinct. Wellshare provides a modern, flexible environment for health, therapy, and medical professionals, supporting a diverse community of practitioners while enhancing access to high-quality care in the Sutherland Shire.

The development features 15 fully equipped medical, therapy, and treatment suites, designed to meet the needs of a broad range of practitioners, from general practitioners and specialists to allied health professionals, including physiotherapists, psychologists, massage therapists, and cosmetic nurses. Each suite is light-filled, functional, and adaptable, providing a professional setting that elevates the client experience.

E-Con Group’s fit-out work involved transforming the interior layout to accommodate Wellshare’s operational requirements, delivering high-end finishes and thoughtful spatial planning. This included bespoke reception and waiting areas, secure consultation and treatment rooms, efficient circulation zones, integrated digital check-in systems, secure storage, and comfortable facilities for both practitioners and clients. The project was completed under a tight budget and short turnaround, showcasing E-Con Group’s capability to deliver efficient, high-quality results without compromise.
