In collaboration with Ecologie Group Architects, E-Con Group completed the Longueville residence, a knockdown and rebuild of a three-storey home, that combines bespoke design with sustainability. The home was carefully positioned to maximize northern sunlight.

The home incorporates sustainable construction features, including heat-resistant glazing, a large evacuated tube solar system for hot water and underfloor heating, and a 32,000-litre blockwork rainwater tank.

The finished residence includes four bedrooms plus a guest room, split-level lounge and dining areas, a modern kitchen, double garage, and a heated swimming pool with a water’s edge.

The Longueville project highlights E-Con Group’s ability to deliver complex, structurally sound, and sustainable homes through careful planning, precise construction, and collaboration with architects.
