E-Con Group delivered a landmark knockdown/rebuild residence in Lugarno, designed for custom quality, durability, and sustainability.

The home was built on a complex multi-level site using robust construction methods, including structural steel framing, Hebel panel walls, and Colorbond steel cladding. Rainwater tanks and a solar energy system were incorporated to enhance energy efficiency.

Construction required careful project management and trade coordination, including precise installation of custom aluminium-framed windows and doors, groundwork for the structure, and a heated saltwater swimming pool.

The three-level home, with lower ground, ground, and upper bedroom levels, combines functional separation with open living spaces. Durable materials and modern construction techniques were used throughout to ensure long-lasting performance.

Key features include a state-of-the-art kitchen with butler’s pantry, cinema room, five bedrooms including a master suite with pool views, and seamless indoor and outdoor connection to the pool and low maintenance yard.
