Pymble

This project was conceived as a new dual occupancy dwelling where the land was transformed from a dilapidated home and overgrown grass to immaculately completed two self-standing residences.

The architectural vision specified a contemporary aesthetic achieved through a controlled material palette. The choice of Hebel and Axon Scyon Cladding for the external walls provides a clean, modern finish with inherent durability and thermal benefits, complemented by Colourbond corrugated steel cladding on the roof.

The core design centres on a multi-level layout to accommodate an expansive family living program. The ground floor dedicated to shared living, service, and guest space. The second floor houses the main sleeping quarters, including the Main Bedroom with its own ensuite, Bedroom 2, and Bedroom 3, along with a bathroom and a flexible space designated as a gym.
The successful delivery of the project involved managing the full scope, from detailed earthworks through to final fit-out, to realize the architect's and client's vision.
